MyEllevate® is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that aims to achieve neck rejuvenation by tightening the skin beneath the chin. It provides dramatic results that many patients consider to rival that of a neck lift. It was developed by a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills and has since grown in popularity among people looking for a way to solve unwanted double chins or skin laxity.

Unfortunately, as our bodies go through the aging process, the elasticity of our skin begins to break down. This is because the collagen and elastin production in our bodies begins to dramatically slow down. Collagen, in particular, is one of the most abundant proteins in our bodies and is primarily responsible for skin laxity. 

After the age of 20, most people will lose approximately one percent of their collagen production every year. So it is natural that after a few years many people will experience some skin laxity underneath their chins. In addition, other factors like genetics and sun exposure can also play a part in the amount of dilapidation that occurs.

This procedure is minimally invasive, quick, and offers long-lasting results.

MyEllevate® can be used as a standalone procedure or, for further facial rejuvenation, can be performed in conjunction with submental liposuction, KYBELLA®, or energy-based skin tightening technologies.

No. MyEllevate® is not a facelift or neck lift. Instead, it is a minimally invasive facial rejuvenation procedure designed to enhance the appearance of the neck and jawline.

Can MyEllevate® be combined with other fat reduction or facial enhancement procedures?

Yes. MyEllevate® can be used by itself or in conjunction with liposuction, KYBELLA®, or any energy-based skin tightening technologies. By combining procedures, you will only experience a more enhanced facial aesthetic.

Does MyEllevate® Hurt?

No. Most patients do not complain about any pain associated with the procedure. Some patients may experience a little discomfort during the injections, but pain is subjective, so it really depends on the actual patient.
